Booking Appointments

Clients are required to book appointments in advance via phone, website, or in person to secure a spot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Refunds & Returns

Refunds are not provided.

Complimentary adjustments are available within 3 days if you are dissatisfied with the service.
Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and special offers cannot be combined or stacked with one another.

Only one promotion may be applied per transaction or appointment.

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with packages, gift cards, or other promotional codes unless otherwise stated.

LASH 27 is not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used during the service. If you experience any discomfort, redness, or irritation during or after the procedure, please notify us immediately. We will remove the lashes at no cost.
